Streamlined Invoice Management: Direct Delete Option

One of the most requested improvements comes to invoice management. Previously, deleting an invoice from a member’s account page involved multiple steps, requiring you to navigate away from the member’s profile and then search for them again.

  • What’s New: We’ve introduced a direct delete button adjacent to each invoice listed on a member’s account page.
  • Your Benefit: This significantly reduces the time and effort required to manage invoices. You can now delete an invoice and immediately replace it without losing your context, leading to a much more efficient user experience.

Enhanced API Integration: Seamless Workflow Activation

For our users leveraging the power of our API, this update brings a crucial enhancement to automation.

  • What’s New: Creating trial requests or adding new members through the API will now automatically initiate all associated workflows.
  • Your Benefit: This ensures greater consistency and automation in your integrated processes. No more manual triggers or missed steps; your workflows will now fire precisely as intended, saving you administrative overhead and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new members and trial users.

Strengthening Stability & Refining Functionality

  • Accurate Bank Reconciliation: We’ve resolved an issue where bank reconciliations involving multiple invoices and credit notes would incorrectly show as successful, even when income records weren’t generated. This fix ensures your financial records are always accurate and reliable.
  • Full Email Subject Lines in Drafts: No more truncated subject lines! Emails saved as drafts will now retain their full subject line, regardless of length, preserving the complete context of your communications.
  • Robust API Data Handling: We’ve improved our API’s handling of data field lengths, preventing errors when submitted data exceeds database limits. This enhances the stability and reliability of your API integrations.
  • Focused Logo Selection: The system logo and report logo selection interfaces will now only display images uploaded to your specific club’s documents section. This simplifies the selection process and prevents accidental use of incorrect images.
  • Functional Email Editor Links: We’ve fixed an issue preventing users from entering URLs into the ‘Insert Link’ field within the email editor. You can now seamlessly add functional hyperlinks to your emails for club events and other communications.
