Trial access, payments, security, support, data exports and setup are all covered below.
The trial is fully featured except for any club website features.
If you would like to test out the club website options in your trial, please contact us after registering for a trial.
Yes. You can set up recurring invoices. If you also set up GoCardless to collect payments by Direct Debit, the system will collect the payments and assign them to the invoices when the funds clear.
That is fine. If your club uses cash and cheques, you can keep doing that.
You can set up online payment options, including card, direct debit and PayPal, at any time.
SwimClub Manager does NOT add any extra fees or charges when your members pay via card or direct debit.
All fees are taken via the respective third party payment provider, for example Stripe and GoCardless.
No. You can add as many members and users as you need.
Yes. There are two options. Option 1 includes a club website that you can manage from within your SCM account.
Option 2 has all the same features as option 1, but without the club website features.
If your trial ends and you do not become a paying club, your data will be deleted approximately 30 days after the trial expiry date.
Everything you enter during the trial will still be available after you become a paying club.
You won't need to start again.

When you are logged in, the connection is encrypted using industry standard SSL.

No. SwimClub Manager is web-based.
You can access it using any modern internet enabled device, including desktop, phone and tablet. We also have a dedicated mobile app.

Yes. You may export your data at any time.
Yes. We have an online knowledge base of articles, and you can open a support ticket from within your account if you need to ask us something not covered there.
Support is via our email ticketing system.
