SwimClub Manager is securely hosted, cloud-based software for running your swimming club from any internet enabled device. You can add as many coaches, parents, swimmers or volunteers as you need.

Our history

From one club website to a full management system

SwimClub Manager is owned and run by BPS Designs Ltd, a family run business started by Ben Snape in 2001 and formally incorporated into a limited company in 2005.

Around 2006, our local swimming club asked us to create a website for their club. A year or so later, they came back asking for member logins so members could view and update their own details.

After a few meetings to plan the feature list, SwimClub Manager 1.0 was released in 2008. Since then, clubs have helped shape many of the updates we have added.
