The following updates were made recently:

Workflows

Bug fix: When viewing a workflow on the “Volunteers” table, you should not be able to change it to a “Record is updated” workflow type. This is now fixed.

Club workflows now notify the person causing the workflow to fire if they are listed in the workflow “Steps”. Previously, it notified everyone else except the person causing it to fire.

Club Inbox

Bug fix: When viewing the “Sent” folder, the “Draft” folder is now visible.

Bug fix: When viewing the “Spam” folder, the “Draft” folder is now visible.

Bug fix: When viewing the “Bin” folder, the “Draft” folder is now visible.

Custom Reports

When sending emails via the custom reports page, the system now does not “remove duplicates” in the background before sending. It simply sends the email to everyone you have selected in the report results table.

Invoices

When emailing an invoice via the main invoices page, the email is now saved in the sent items folder.

Club Kit

The following have been added as club kit order statuses:

• Cancelled
• Awaiting Collection

Group PBs Report

Bug fix: This report now only lists the strokes and distances that you select on the form.
