In this April 2026 Update, our primary focus has been on enhancing the reliability of a crucial financial process: Stripe payment reconciliation. We’ve identified and resolved an intermittent but impactful bug that could disrupt your financial records and operational flow.
The Challenge: Previously, some users experienced an issue where, despite a successful payment being processed via Stripe for an invoice, our system would occasionally fail to correctly update the invoice status to ‘Paid.’ Furthermore, an associated income record might not be generated, leading to discrepancies in financial reporting and requiring manual intervention to correct. This could cause confusion, delay financial closing, and erode confidence in automated processes.
The Solution: We’re pleased to confirm that this reconciliation failure has been thoroughly investigated and fully resolved. Our engineering team has implemented robust changes to ensure that every successful Stripe payment is now accurately reflected across your account. This means invoices will reliably transition to ‘Paid’ status, and corresponding income records will be automatically and correctly generated.
